We offer an accredited cetificate in Nail Therapy. It is an NQF-Level 4 certificate worth 47 credits, registered under QCTO (ID 121670) and the Department of Higher Education.
University is not for everyone, and we understand that. We like to work with our hands, we like to make a real difference in our world. That is why we decided to help others by training them and releasing them to make a difference.
The Course Consists of 2 Modules: Theory and Practice. Each one costs R5,000. The total once-off amount is therefore R10,000 for the Nail Therapy course. This amount does not include your kit and equipment. To have your equipment included, an additional R3,000 is payable before the course starts.
You will have a period of 6 months to complete knowledge, practical and workspace modules by in-person classes. After the course training (module 1 and 2) you will set up your own workplace portfolio to complete and record the necessary amount of hours of treatment.

1. Safety in Foot and Hand care
2. Effective and safe Filing and Clipping techniques
3. Doing an evaluation of the Hand and Foot
4. Knowing when to refer your client to a surgeon, etc.
You will be required to do practical work and to keep record of your clients. 100 hours of practical work is required before you may practice as a Nail Care Therapist. You make a record of your work and submit it to the Instructor in fulfillment of Nail Care Therapy. You will also write practical examinations in the presence of your Instructor.
